Sales Executive
As a sales executive, your role is to generate profit by selling vehicles via a number of funding options within the company framework. As such, you have a very important part to play in the company’s success.
Your typical activities will be:
Your official working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm but you may need to work longer to achieve targets. You will be based in our sales office in Romford, although you may need to visit customers from time to time, so it is essential to have a full, clean driving licence.

There will be a short induction course that covers products and sales administration. Training will also include selling techniques, such as how to sell, how to deal with potential objections and how to close sales. After induction, you will spend some time in training, without any pressure to meet targets. You will then be expected to get up to speed quickly and meet individual targets.

The company is a long-established vehicle leasing company are looking for a key support person to join their expanding sales administration team.
The successful applicant will need to be computer literate with knowledge of how a CRM system works. You will need to be numerate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Additionally, you will have good communication skills both written and verbal. The office is very busy, and you will need to be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure. You will need to show good attention to detail and be able to give references proving that you are both trustworthy and reliable.
